    Your firm name, contact details, practice areas, counties served, bar admission year, and a bio. Visible to boards and managers browsing the legal directory.

  • Bar-verified badge

    We confirm your Florida Bar admission and community association law practice areas before your listing goes live. Verified attorneys carry a badge.

  • No referral fee arrangement

    This is a flat-rate paid listing, not a per-lead or referral-fee model. Compliant with FL Bar Rule 4-7.17.

  • Editorial exposure

    Active listings may be referenced (never promoted by payment) in the legal directory's educational content: statute guides, condo act references, and governance resources.

How to apply: Create a verified account on the Common Elements platform, then submit your bar number and practice area credentials through the legal directory onboarding flow. We confirm your bar admission before activating your listing.

Annual listing pricing is set at launch. Early applicants who complete bar verification before launch are grandfathered at the launch-year rate for their first renewal. We do not accept payment for directory ranking or placement order.
